Welcome to Seven Sisters Realty. Allow me to introduce myself and explain why I am passionate about providing you with a high level of professional, personalized service that will make your next real estate transaction experience a breeze.

I am a local San Luis Obispo County attorney with twenty-two years of experience in the legal field.  My expertise is in the area of contract negotiations and transactions.  Over the course of my legal career, I have negotiated literally thousands of transactions and have come to learn the ins and outs of how to make successful negotiation strategies work.

I first came to San Luis in 1979 to attend Cal Poly, and graduated in 1982. After running a local fitness business here in the early 1980′s, I moved on to other business opportunities, living in San Diego, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.  In 1993, I achieved a long term goal and relocated my family to San Luis Obispo and started a local law practice. Every day I appreciate the beautiful surroundings and friendly atmosphere of our community and count myself lucky to be here.

I started Seven Sisters Realty to meld my passion for high level of on-task customer service, efficient and effective negotiations with my passion for San Luis Obispo.  As an attorney, my practice focuses on providing high quality, personal service to my clients.  I bring this same focus on quality and customer service to Seven Sisters.  Too often these days we cannot get the information we need when we need it, people do not follow through and we are directed to  websites and message boards for our customer service needs. Speaking to a knowledgeable human with an emphasis on customer service is so rare we are grateful when the opportunity arises.
